Windrush Monument
This Statue is known as the National Windrush Monument at Waterloo Train Station in London, UK. For me it is a great reminder the Windrush Generation - the many men, women and children who came to support the 'motherland' and to subsequently join and be reunited with their families. Let us never forget their and deeply significant personal contribution to the UK: to the work force, culture, economy, history and so much more. We must never forget.
